How do I launch a seminar?
To select a seminar to view simply click on the seminar title on the left hand side of the homepage. It will start playing after a short pause.

I have clicked on a seminar and nothing is happening
There is a loading timer on screen that indicates the percentage of the seminars loaded. If this is not increasing then refresh your browser.

I can't hear anything
On entering the DW Vision site background music plays. If you do not hear anything firstly ensure that the site audio is switched on. There is an audio on/off button below the main seminar window. Click this button to toggle the audio on or off. If there is still no audio, check your computer's audio equipment and settings.

How do I adjust the volume?
The volume of the seminars is fixed, but you can adjust your computer's audio settings to achieve the desired volume.

I would like to view a slide again - how can I do this?
You can navigate to any of the slides in the seminar by clicking on the boxes near the bottom of the screen. Each small box represents a slide in the seminar. The current slide is highlighted in green. Simply click on the previous slide to view it again.

I am viewing a slide again and would like to fast forward to the end
Using the buttons below the main seminar screen you can fast forward through a slide, rewind, pause, play and stop the seminar. Clicking once on the fast forward button will engage fast forward. When the desired point in the seminar is reached click the play button to continue playing or pause the button to pause the seminar.

What are the small boxes near the bottom of the screen?
Each box near the bottom of the screen represents a slide in the seminar. Any slide can be played by clicking on the relevant box

How many slides are there in the seminar?
Each box near the bottom of the screen represents a slide in the seminar. The current slide is highlighted in green. You can see at a glance how many slides have been viewed as well as how many are left to go.

Can I pause the seminar?
Seminars can be controlled using the play, pause, rewind, fast forward and stop controls at any time.

Can I download or view the seminar offline?
The seminar can be viewed offline in it's entirety by choosing the various options from the page immediately presented after logging in.

What formats can the seminar be downloaded in?
The seminars can be downloaded as an .avi or .mpg video file, for viewing in standard media player software; as a pps file, which can be viewed in Microsoft PowerPoint or the free PowerPoint viewer.

When I view your website it asks for the Flash plugin
For the best experience the DW Vision site uses Flash to deliver the seminars. Flash is an industry standard application for delivering rich Web content and when requested you should allow your browser to download the Flash plugin.

I am not able to download the Flash plugin?
Some company internet policies may restrict the viewing of Flash content or may block their users from installing the Flash plugin. The DW Vision site should detect that you do not have the Flash plugin installed and present the site in HTML.
